Mentoring Group for New and Emerging Rabbis

Together, we will discuss a wide range of congregational leadership issues including rabbi and lay leadership relations and challenges; healthy boundary setting; and navigating between the roles of rabbinic authority, spiritual leader and community employee. Collaboratively, we will create a safe learning environment in which to share ideas; learn the ropes; minimize traps and pitfalls; receive and offer meaningful support; and explore our challenges and growing edges.
