Spiritual Practice through Psalms

Psalms — biblical spiritual poems — reflect the spiritual practices of its authors. For example, Psalm 16 showcases reflection on Divine Presence; Psalm 148, exploring nature; Psalm 136, repetitive chant. Together, we will read selected psalms creatively, explore the spiritual practices we discover, and expand our understanding of biblical spirituality. Open to students at Vancouver School of Theology. Pre-registration required.
